A wine driven by ripe flavours. It has an attractive tropical fruit nose with quince, guava and melon aromas, with a rich and full pallate. Delicate acidity gives a clean and persistent finish.

CHARDONNAY 2005 $240/doz

The wine was fermented in French oak barrels and stirred to provide great texture and depth of flavour. Ripe melons, cashew and creaminess give a lovely complex nose. a rich front palate showing melons, complex barrel ferment characters and creamy oak is backed by an elegant and long finish with citrus and a lovely fine acid structure.

Ripe cherry and strawberry with subtle French oak combine to give a complex and attractive nose. A rich full bodied wine, complemented by Pinot earthiness and quality French oak flavours. Lovely fine tannins and structures acidity providing a long and elegant finish.
